Audrey Polinsky graduated from The University of Connecticut in 1986 with a B.S. in Sports Marketing and received her J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law in 1991, where she was a member of the Labor Law Journal. Audrey’s first career was in the sports world. There, she was a basketball agent with Bruce Levy Associates International Ltd., representing elite United States female basketball players playing ball overseas. She also spent time at Steiner Sports Marketing, a leader in sports marketing services and authentic memorabilia. Since 1994, she has been affiliated with Northwestern Mutual. As a Wealth Management Advisor specializing in financial security, Audrey focuses on Risk Management, Wealth Accumulation and Retirement Distribution Planning. Committed to lifelong learning, she has the attained the following designations: Certified Financial Planner, Chartered Life Underwriter, Chartered Financial Consultant, Chartered Advisor on Senior Living and has a Long-Term Care Certification.
Audrey is a previous Co-Chair of the Education and Youth Committee, is a member of the Board of Directors, and Vice President on the Executive Committee at HERJC. In addition to reading Torah and chanting Haftorah periodically, Audrey participates in HERJC events as often as possible. Whether participating on search committees, assisting with Bowling nights, Dinner Dance and our first Casino Night, she is quite active. All of the things she does, she is most proud of blowing Shofar on Rosh Hashanah.
Audrey met her husband, Elliott, on the basketball court at North Woodmere Park in 1984. They married in 1992 and moved to Hewlett Harbor in 1996. Their son Isaac is a junior at the Eastman School of Music (music performance, double bass) and Gabriel, is a senior at Lynbrook High School.
