 Please keep me informed of significant events in your family.  It is my desire to be of help and service to you in times of special need.

Don't Discard Hakol
 The most recent issue of Hakol contained Hanukkah blessings which inadvertently included the sacred four letter name of God. Accordingly to tradition, this name cannot be discarded but must be buried properly. When you are finished with Hakol, we would appreciate it if you would return either the entire issue or the page with the Hanukkah blessings to the synagogue office. Thank you for your cooperation.

It's a Mitzvah. . .

Our Synagogue takes pride in our involvement in social welfare, educational, and environmental organizations in our community. Below are some of the "Mitzvah Projects" we ask you to help us support:

Toiletry Colletion

 Please bring us any toiletries you might have at home that were saved from from a recent hotel visit. We will be donating them to a homeless shelter later in the year.

Used Batteries

Used batteries are poisoning our landfills!  Help save the earth by dropping off your used batteries in the synagogue office for proper recycling.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
JEWS ARE HUNGRY HERE, TOO!
Please take one moment to think about those people right in our own area who have empty pantries and empty stomachs!
We are ALWAYS collecting kosher, non-perishable food items for the local  Kosher food pantry. Please leave your donations in the Lucite box in the front lobby.
A sincere THANK YOU for your continuing support
Phyllis Gilbert Nadler
Chairperson, Community Service
